Australian designer Christopher Esber established his eponymous brand in 2010. Since founding his label in Sydney, Christopher Esber has built a global reputation for precision tailoring and a purity of expression that he employs to create silhouettes of structured fluidity.
Pilot has worked closely alongside the Christopher Esber team for almost 2 years to support the brand’s shift towards a greater focus on direct-to-consumer sales both in Australia and internationally. We initially created and implemented a social media advertising strategy to build awareness of the brand’s E-Commerce store and re-engage existing followers on the brand’s existing social channels. Over the course of three months, we generated a 93% increase in website traffic and 281% in sales with an average return on investment of 8X.
Following these results, the brand saw the potential to grow its E-Commerce Store and digital presence worldwide and had the confidence to invest greater resources and time into this side of the business. We now work alongside Christopher Esber and his team on an ongoing basis to develop and execute international digital marketing strategies, launching the brand and new collections into new markets as well as supporting wholesale sales in leading boutiques and e-tailers including Net-a-Porter, and Moda Operandi.
While we have increased advertising budgets on both Social Media and Google Advertising by 500% to continue to introduce the brand to new audiences and nurture brand investment and engagement with its wide base of followers, Pilot is now ingrained in all aspects of the brand's digital presence. From advising on how to best communicate the brand and garments online and providing insight on purchasing trends to assist with stock ordering, to migrating the brand to a different email provider and implementing automated flows, and ongoing website conversion rate on-site SEO projects.
